Acceptance and scope By accessing or purchasing from BizStarter, you agree to these Terms of Service. They apply to visitors, registered users, and customers using our website, protected libraries, digital products, and premium services. 01
What BizStarter offers BizStarter currently offers three main categories of products and services: 02 Business Plans sold through access plans with limited downloads from the premium plan library. Ideas & Blueprints sold as individual digital resources inside a protected library, including materials such as PDFs, templates, checklists, calculators, prompts, and related assets. Premium Services such as business plan customization, bespoke business plan creation, and strategic consulting.
Accounts, access, and checkout Some parts of BizStarter may be viewed publicly, but protected areas require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. 03 A free account may be required to enter protected catalogues, view purchases, or download files. You must provide accurate billing, contact, and account information when purchasing. We may suspend access if we detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, or behavior that threatens platform security.
Payments and pricing All prices are shown in Euros unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed before access to paid products or service delivery begins. 04 Business Plans are purchased through access plans with a defined number of downloads. Ideas & Blueprints are purchased individually and are not part of a mandatory subscription. Premium Services may require upfront payment, staged payment, or written scope confirmation before work starts.
Digital delivery and downloads Access and delivery rules depend on the type of product purchased. 05 Business Plans: each access plan includes a specific number of downloads from the premium library. Unused downloads do not create ownership over the full catalogue. Ideas & Blueprints: each purchase unlocks the specific resource bought and keeps it available in your account, subject to platform availability, account compliance, and technical maintenance. We may update file formats, organization, or delivery methods to improve the service without changing the core purchased entitlement.
Premium services, timelines, and revisions Service timelines shown on the website are estimates and may vary based on scope, responsiveness, and project complexity. 06 Work begins after the required payment, project information, and scope confirmation are received. Included revisions apply only to the service package purchased. Extra rounds or expanded scope may require an additional fee. Delays caused by missing client input, late approvals, or project changes may extend delivery dates.
Permitted use and intellectual property All BizStarter content remains protected by copyright, database rights, design rights, and related intellectual property laws. 07 You may use purchased materials for your own internal business planning, evaluation, implementation, or presentation purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, upload, share publicly, or claim authorship of BizStarter materials without written permission. Templates, prompts, checklists, and other reusable assets are licensed for your own use, not for resale as standalone products or libraries.
Refunds and cancellations Refund handling depends on the product or service involved. 08 Business Plans access plans are covered by the 30-day money-back promise currently communicated on the plans page, subject to reasonable review of misuse or abusive refund patterns. Ideas & Blueprints are digital products. Once access has been granted or files have been made available, refunds may be limited unless required by applicable law or approved by BizStarter in a specific case. Premium Services may be cancelled before work starts. After work has started, any refund or credit will depend on the completed portion, resources already allocated, and the nature of the engagement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability BizStarter materials and services are provided for informational, educational, and planning purposes. They do not guarantee funding, commercial success, regulatory approval, or a specific business outcome. 09 You remain responsible for validating assumptions, complying with local laws, and making your own commercial decisions. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or decisions taken based on user interpretation of our content or advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizStarter liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
